Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 4-5 years of experience to oversee and manage projects within our Edutech Academy. The ideal candidate will coordinate between different teams, ensure timely delivery of projects, and support the successful execution of educational technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects related to course development, technology implementation, and learning management systems
  • Work closely with content creators, trainers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project workflows
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, and track progress against milestones
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates
  • Organize and lead project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Identify potential risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and escalate as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports for senior management
  • Support the implementation of new edutech tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies
  • Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the Edutech or education sector
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, JIRA)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
  • Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve project challenges
  • Familiarity with educational technology platforms and digital learning tools is a plus
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous but not mandatory
