About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5-8 years of proven expertise to lead and deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
  • Lead project meetings and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to manage expectations and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in [IT industry ].
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
