Project Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
1. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient of high-quality products that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
2. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on status and potential issues.
4. Coordinate project meetings, include scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
5. Prepare and distribute regular progress reports and project updates to team members and stakeholders.
6. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for New Product Development activities.
7. Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.
8. Support collaboration across different departments and external partners involved in the projects.

10. Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

Vendor and Supplier Decisions : Recommend changes to vendor or supplier selections, contract terms, or procurement strategies based on performance evaluations or cost considerations
Project Deliverables Adjustments: Recommend changes to project deliverables or milestones based on current project status, technical challenges, or feedback from the team.
