IT Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor **IT project activities**, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and reports using **MS Excel** and **PowerPoint**.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure **timely task completion**.
- Manage **Jira boards**, track tickets, and follow up on progress with respective owners.
- Assist in preparing **project status reports**, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Support project managers in scheduling meetings, reviewing milestones, and resolving dependencies.
- Facilitate effective **stakeholder communication and management** across departments.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and aligned with audit/compliance requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong hands-on experience with **Jira**, **MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)**, and **PowerPoint**.
- Knowledge of **IT project management processes and documentation standards**.
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines effectively.
- Exposure to **stakeholder management** and project reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, IT, Management, or related field**.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in **IT project coordination or PMO roles**, preferably in BFSI or IT services sector.

Pay: ₹19,228.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
