**Job Title**: Project Manager / Project Coordinator
**Location**: Annasalai
**Salary**: ₹35,000 per month

**About the Company**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage resources, schedules, and project documentation effectively.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance with company processes.
- Support business development activities by assisting in project proposals and client communications.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
