1. Coordinate activities and share information effectively with all participants in the workflow to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines

2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of common processes from the quotation stage through to invoicing, ensuring that each step is executed efficiently and accurately

3. Ensure that all promised delivery dates are met, monitoring progress and addressing any potential delays to fulfill on-time delivery commitments

4. Steer and manage highly sensitive escalations by coordinating and partnering with end-users to resolve issues promptly and effectively

5. Provide support to teams to ensure that orders are processed and completed successfully, addressing any obstacles that may arise during the workflow

6. Act as the primary contact person for all activities associated with the team, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Engineering graduate
- Experience: 2-3 years

Requirement:
a) Any Bachelor's degree

b) Basic knowledge in MS office including Excel and powerpoint

c) Oral and written communication ( English, Tamil, Hindi(O))

d) Knowledge in Google sheet

e) Should have knowledge in Excel functions, formulas and tools
