**We are**_ **Hiring Process Co-Ordinator for a Leading & Luxurious Furniture Showroom**_
**Gender: Male**
**Experience: 2 to 3 years**
**Location: Chennai (Vadapalani)**
**Salary: 20k to 25k**
**Skillset: Good knowledge in Excel and Google sheets, other system skills.**
- **Process Coordinator Job Duties**_
**Acting as a liaison between project managers and other team members**
**Reviewing work orders to ensure that they have been completed correctly and offering feedback to the employee who performed the work**
**Monitoring budgets, timesheets, and work schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time**
**Coordinating with vendors to obtain materials needed for projects, including ordering supplies or equipment and scheduling deliveries**
**Organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met**
**Coordinating with clients or customers to determine specifications for projects and communicating these requirements to the appropriate team members**
**Coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time**
**Providing support for other staff members by answering questions about procedures or policies**
**Monitoring work quality to ensure that it meets company standards**
- **Process Coordinator Job Requirements**_
**There are several qualifications required to obtain a position as a process coordinator.**
**They include**:
**Training & Experience: Most employers will provide on-the-job training for newly hired process coordinators. This training will familiarize the process coordinator with the company’s specific procedures and requirements. The training may also include instruction on the software and computer programs the process coordinator will use on a daily basis.**
