Job Description:
We are seeking knowledgeable and personable Academic Advisors to guide our students through the course selection and enrolment process for India's Top University. You will work closely with leads generated by our cold calling team, ensuring that each student finds the right program to meet their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in selecting courses that align with their educational and career goals.
- Provide detailed information on course content, fees, and prerequisites.
- Support students through the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to enrolment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and guide students effectively.
- 2+ years Experience in advising or counseling is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
