Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person/online consultations.
  • Understand student needs, career goals, and academic interests to recommend suitable courses or programs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and status updates in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with students to encourage referrals and repeat enrolments.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns and lead quality.
  • Stay updated on academic programs, admission processes, and education trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; education, business, or marketing background preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven experience meeting sales or enrolment targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
