**Educational & Professional Qualifications**

As an **Academic Engagement & Admissions Advisor**, you will play a pivotal role in connecting students, academic institutions, and industry professionals with Mabzone Technologies' certified industrial training programs. This role requires a balance of **student advisory**, **academic consultation**, and **strategic communication**, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for aspiring learners into our training ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for students, career counselors, and educational partners
- Conduct structured consultation sessions to understand student goals and recommend suitable programs
- Present detailed overviews of training modules, certifications, project work, and placement support
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutions
- Coordinate academic seminars, webinars, and career readiness workshops with partner institutions
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in CRM platforms and maintain performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams for content alignment, marketing outreach, and feedback analysis
- Maintain a student-first approach while resolving queries, concerns, and onboarding challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi
- Professional experience in academic counseling, admissions, or educational outreach
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations to groups and individuals (virtually or onsite)
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with training lifecycle, skill development frameworks, and student lifecycle management
- Ethical, empathetic, and student-centric in approach

**Educational & Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in higher education, ed-tech, admissions, or training services
- Understanding of IT/software training domains is a strong plus
- Exposure to academic ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
