- The HR Executive - Offboarding will be responsible for managing the offboarding process for employees who are leaving the organization. This includes conducting ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and handling all necessary paperwork and documentation. The HR Executive will also collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the offboarding process._

- Responsibilities:_
- _Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless offboarding experience for employees._
- _Process all necessary paperwork and documentation related to offboarding, including Relieving Letters, exit clearances, and final settlements._
- _Maintain accurate records and databases of employee offboarding information._
- _Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws during the offboarding process._
- _Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding offboarding procedures, policies, and best practices._
- _Manage offboarding-related queries and concerns from employees and stakeholders._
- Qualification we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field._
- _Proven experience in HR, with a focus on offboarding processes._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Ability to handle confidential information with discretion._
- _Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills._
- _Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities._
- _Knowledge of best practices and trends in offboarding processes._
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- 1. Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar)._
- 2. Experience using HR software or HRIS systems for offboarding processes, if any._
