Process Associate
- This is an administrative and operational role that will work closely with fleet management. In this role, you set a preventative maintenance schedule and track the completion of these maintenance tasks by external vendors. You will also be responsible for maintaining fuel usage records, managing government requests & ensuring compliance with road transport laws.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or any related field

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating, supervising and doing proper follow
- up activities necessary for company vehicles, and their maintenance when necessary
- Coordinating with car lease contractors, reviewing, confirming lease invoices and contracts on a monthly basis
- Monitoring and controlling accurate fuel records and car chip details
- Conducting initial investigations of traffic violations to determine the cause
- Complete administrative tasks for Transportation Team including creating and managing purchases, raising and tracking government requests.

**Skills & Proficiencies**:

- Basic computer & MS Excel skills
- Proficient in English language
- Good communication (written & spoken) & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well with team members
- Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously

**Salary**: ₹10,425.28 - ₹34,631.28 per month

- Day shift

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 122016, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
