**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and process data entry, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in process delivery.
- Communicate with internal departments or external stakeholders as required.
- Identify process gaps and escalate issues for resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in process operations, data management, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
