Client Coordinator or Process Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the different teams.
- Ensure that all MIS processes are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with all the teams to ensure that all processes are running smoothly.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration(preferred), Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong organizational and communication, followup skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
