**Position Title: Kitchen Staff**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as kitchen staff. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assisting with various kitchen tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and measuring
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
