Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Product Knowledge & Sales**: Learn about the products and services, and effectively market and sell them to potential customers.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and engage new customers, generate leads, and bring in inquiries for various products and services.
- **Order Conversion**: Actively participate in all stages of the sales process, from initial inquiry to successful order conversion.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery to customers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Radar
- GPS
- SAT C
- Gyro
- VHF (Very High Frequency)
- MFHF (Medium Frequency High Frequency)
- Echo Sounder
- Speed Log
- SART (Search and Rescue Transponder)
- EPIRB (Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon)
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in sales of NAVCOM (Navigation and Communication) equipment and services is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: BE/BTech, BSc in Science (Electronics) or equivalent.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the technical aspects of NAVCOM equipment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
