As part of our digital expansion, we’re looking for a results-oriented **Performance Marketing Executive** to drive high-impact campaigns and digital growth across multiple platforms.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and C Ads**:

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like **Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Power BI**:

- Set up and manage **Facebook Pixels**, landing pages, and **conversion funnels**:

- Own and execute both **on-page and off-page SEO** strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
- Drive real-time performance improvements that directly impact business dashboards and KPIs

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven professional
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
