**Key Responsibilities**:

- A Travel Associate is responsible for assisting clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- They create and manage detailed itineraries, ensuring all arrangements meet clients' preferences and needs.
- Key tasks include providing travel advice, recommending destinations, and offering upsells on packages and services.
- They handle inquiries, changes, and cancellations, resolving any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel Associates also manage bookings and client records, process payments, and maintain accurate documentation.
- They coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers, ensuring compliance with travel regulations and staying informed about industry trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for delivering exceptional customer service and managing travel arrangements efficiently.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Travel Associates typically require a high school diploma or equivalent, though a degree in Travel and Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience in a travel-related role or customer service is beneficial. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of international travel regulations and destination information is advantageous.
- Problem-solving skills are important.
- Gujrati Language is must.
