B2b Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target new B2B clients (distributors, dealers, OEMs, institutional buyers).
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth in assigned territory.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer needs, concerns, and escalations.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecast demand.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and reporting in CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (3-10+ years preferred)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
