- Identifying opportunities for the company's business in India & Africa, making JVs
- Arranging to prepare a technically compliant Bid.
- Understanding price levels & competition.
- Devising a suitable pricing strategy.
- Ensuring submission of a winning Bid.
- Preparing suitable tools for managing database.
- Generating MIS and SOPs for Tendering business.
- Making final Price Schedules and providing the same for discussions with Senior Management.
