**Function**: Head / Deputy Head
- **Location**: Vadodara
- **Qualification**: Diploma / Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**: Around 20-25 years of experience in equipment manufacturing industry.
- **Knowldege**: Well versed in overall quality aspect of equipment manufacturing process. Certification of qualified auditor of IMS / QMS and NDT level2 would be preferred.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To plan, monitor and control overall activity of the quality assurance department and managing team.
- Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters (QAP) for products at various stage of product life cycle.
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, vendors, and other related process.
- Identify and analyse issues, defects, customer complaints; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Proactively engaged in getting feedback from customer and other process to improve quality of product and process.
- Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
- Active engagement with purchase team for development, periodic process audit and continual upgradation of vendor.
- Principal coordinator to drive IMS / QMS activities.
