**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for working on Potential Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property, Product Restrictions, Product Quality, Brand Notices, and other issues across multiple marketplaces.
- Analyse and research complaints to validate their authenticity.
- Collecting the documents and presenting complaints to marketplaces for removal.
- Achieve a 100% removal ratio of invalid complaints on various Marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams to remove affected products and complaints permanently from Marketplace Portal.
- Ensure 100% removal of IP and product quality complaints.
- The database of received complaints is maintained and updated with 100% accuracy.
- Verification of affected products removal process from the respective Marketplaces.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Graduate.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
- Knowledge of Product or Service.
- Demonstrates multi-tasking abilities.
- Analytically capable of gathering and interpreting information.
- Problem solving skills.
- 2+ years. Intellectual Property/Risk Management experience will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
