The Warehouse Executive will oversee the efficient functioning of the warehouse, ensuring seamless operations, accurate inventory management, and proper coordination with supply chain and logistics teams. The role demands a proactive individual capable of managing stock, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring timely material flow. The Warehouse Executive will be the primary authority in the warehouse, ensuring all processes adhere to quality and efficiency standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain a well-organized and safe working environment.
- Ensure efficient storage, arrangement, and retrieval of materials for easy access and inventory control.
- **Stock Keeping and Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels, including material inward and outward tracking.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure data accuracy in stock records.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- **Material Handling**:

- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
- Oversee the dispatch process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implement efficient handling practices to minimize damage or loss of goods.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements and warehouse operations.
- Use inventory management software to track stock and generate regular reports for review.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Communicate effectively with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- **Material Forecasting and Planning**:

- Analyze inventory trends and assist in forecasting material requirements.
- Plan storage and space utilization to accommodate stock fluctuations and future needs.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory and warehouse management.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational integrity.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Commerce, Engineering.
- Proven experience in warehouse/store management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
