As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the defining, setting up, and running a company-wide long-term awareness and training program, the role helps in fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness among employees.

**Your key responsibilities will be**

1. Receiving & Storage of Finished Goods - Receive finished products from production with appropriate documentation - Verify quantity, batch details, and product labels before storage. Store goods in - Allocation of Designated locations & posting in SAP, also ensuring FIFO principles are followed. - Responsible for receipt & dispatch of Haz / Non-Haz waste

2. Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records in the SAP system and reconcile with physical stock. - Conduct cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and assist during internal/external audits.
- Monitor slow-moving and aging inventory and flag exceptions to management.

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination - Coordinate with dispatch and CSE teams for timely delivery of goods based on sales orders or dispatch plans. - Ensure availability of proper packing, labels, and shipping materials. - Supervise loading operations and ensure material is loaded safely and correctly. - Ensure the CSR compliance while dispatch

4. Documentation & SAP Transactions - Generate and maintain dispatch-related documents: E-invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, etc. - Ensure timely and correct entries in SAP systems (Goods receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, etc.).

5. Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping - Ensure the warehouse complies with SHE norms - Maintain 5S standards in warehouse layout, storage, and operations. - Monitor and report any product damage, non-conformities, or safety hazards. - Follow all LSR, SHEQ principles, Site & warehouse safety norms, and use PPE as required. - Comply with internal and external audit requirements. - Maintain proper housekeeping and MHE & Transport safety arrangements.

6. Reporting & Other Responsibilities - Prepare and share daily, monthly reports on FG stock status, dspatches, stock aging, and inventory accuracy. - Flag potential bottlenecks or delays to supervisors and recommend improvements in warehouse operations. - In a Supportive Role as and when required for RM & MRO activities. - Responsible for continuous improvement & carrying out CI activities in the warehouse - Keep tracking of warehouse KPI’s & involvement in KPI’s achievement - Also responsible for waste handling activity which includes: - Receipt & storage of Haz. & Non-Haz. Waste. - Proper disposal of Haz. Waste as per MPCB norms with proper documentation.& sale of non-haz. waste - Keep records of disposal of Haz. Waste & sale of non-haz. waste
