**Responsibilities**:
Market Research:Assist in conducting market research to identify target audience preferences, competitors, and market trends.
Gather and analyze data to support marketing and sales strategies.

Social Media Management:Collaborate with the social media team to curate and schedule engaging content for various platforms.
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster a strong online presence.

Sales Support:Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
Participate in sales meetings and client interactions to gain hands-on experience.

Campaign Coordination:Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Content Creation:Support the creation of marketing collaterals, including posters, flyers, and digital content.
Contribute to copywriting and content development for social media posts and blogs.

Analytics and Reporting:Help in tracking marketing performance metrics and preparing reports for campaign evaluation.
Provide insights to optimize marketing efforts based on data analysis.

Brand Ambassadorship:Embrace the 9ice Cigrillos brand values and act as a brand ambassador in various promotional activities.

Creative Ideation:Brainstorm innovative ideas and concepts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and handle various projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
