**Role: - Telesales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Introduce company products/services, highlight key features and benefits, and address

any questions or objections from prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify opportunities for sales

engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-up calls and

personalized communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement calling strategies to meet or

exceed sales targets.
- Accurately document all sales activities and update CRM systems with relevant

prospect information.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C

environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate

product/service features and benefits persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and

close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of selfmotivation

and initiative.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage

pipelines, and generate reports.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
