**Responsibilities**:

- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and industry contacts to establish a network for future recruitment needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging roles in the healthcare sector to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to showcase progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, with a strong understanding of healthcare terminology, roles, and qualifications - 6 months to 2 years experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
