Maven Workforce is a rapidly growing staffing firm specializing in the Clinical/healthcare sector. We are on a mission to connect talented healthcare professionals. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical/Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Full-Cycle Recruitment**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and healthcare positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.

**Build Recruitment Strategies**:

- Take initiative in building and implementing recruitment strategies for clinical and healthcare roles.
- Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and stay informed about industry trends to stay competitive.

**Social Media Recruitment**:

- Create and manage social media campaigns to enhance the company's brand and attract healthcare professionals.

**Networking**:

- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.

**Build Something from Scratch**:

- Take on the challenge of building the clinical/healthcare recruitment function from the ground up.
- Implement best practices, processes, and tools to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.

**Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of various sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Clinical/Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in building and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Extensive experience in recruiting healthcare professionals through social media platforms.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations, certifications, and specific role requirements.

**Communication Skills**:
**Initiative and Creativity**:

- Ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve recruitment challenges.
- Willingness to proactively build and shape the recruitment function.

**Adaptability**:

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies and trends in recruitment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
