**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:

- Identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Qualify leads based on their educational needs and interests to ensure alignment with offered programs.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Contact prospective students and parents to explain program features, benefits, and enrollment processes.
- Build trust and guide prospects through the decision-making process to achieve enrollment targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with leads and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.
- Address inquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and handle objections professionally.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and target achievement.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
