We are looking for a young and energetic professional for on-boarding and retention of local partners.

- Responsible for on-boarding local partners in the assigned territory
- 80% field based job
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with local partners
- Responsible for lead generation, negotiation and closing of deals with partners
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly targets with the reporting Manager
- Preparing periodical reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 Years of experience in Product Development
- Excellent organizational skills, strong ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp

attention to detail
- Extensive travel across the state
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have own conveyance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
