**Role Overview**:
This role sits at the intersection of **sales, strategy, and relationships** — helping position Ekaanta as the first choice for **corporate wellness programs, incentive travel, and executive retreats**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and grow B2B partnerships with **corporate clients, HR/admin leaders, MICE planners, and top travel agents**.
- Develop and sell **corporate packages**: leadership offsites, wellness immersions, incentive programs, and curated group stays.
- Represent Ekaanta at **industry events, travel fairs, and corporate forums** to showcase our offerings.
- Manage key accounts, nurture long-term loyalty, and ensure repeat partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver **tailor-made, high-impact experiences** for groups.
- Track performance, maintain pipelines, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **2+ years of experience** in hospitality B2B sales (luxury hotels, resorts, or premium travel).
- A strong existing network of **corporates, HR/admin heads, and travel partners**.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills**.
- An understanding of **wellness and luxury hospitality** is a strong advantage.
- Driven, strategic, and passionate about creating meaningful business relationships.
