We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Sales Executive to join our team at ITC Maurya in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in sales or marketing roles.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
