Sales Manager- Hospitality

Role Summary:
- Responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for social events such as weddings, parties, galas, and private functions.
- Ensures revenue goals are met through effective event planning, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for social events.
- Respond to event inquiries and conduct venue/site tours with potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and event planners.
- Create customized event proposals and pricing packages based on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (banquets, catering, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track sales leads and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and bridal expos to generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and after the event.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in events, hospitality, or catering.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹65,355.02 per month
