Bengaluru, India Creative People Specialist Full time

A leading professional services, consulting and outsourcing firm that helps mid-market and Fortune 2000 organizations improve service levels and reduce costs within their back-office operations through the implementation and delivery of shared services solutions.

**Work location**: Prathik Tech Park, Electronic City Ph-1, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

**Shift timings**: 11:30PM-8:30AM and 2:00PM to 11:00PM IST

Total experience required**:3+years**

**Qualifications:

- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the Level 3 and development teams to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica, PC, and IICS.

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks efficiently and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Optimize and troubleshoot SQL Server and Snowflake databases to improve performance.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide effective solutions.

Create and maintain documentation related to ETL processes, databases, and data models.

Monitor ETL jobs, resolve issues, and ensure data loads are completed on schedule.

Participate in on-call support as needed for production environments.

**Specifications**:
Proven experience in ETL development, specifically using Informatica, PC, and IICS.
Strong SQL and database management skills, with expertise in SQL Server and Snowflake.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work collaboratively in a team.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications in ETL and database technologies (desired).

Ready to work in 11:30-830 AM or 2PM to 11 PM IST shifts.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
