**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **website and funnel analysis** to identify gaps in user experience and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop **CRO strategies** including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey enhancements.
- Partner with design, performance, and tech teams to implement and measure CRO initiatives.
- Recommend improvements on **website architecture, messaging, and content** to boost engagement and conversions.
- Monitor **key growth metrics (activation, churn, retention, conversion rates)** and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on **CRO frameworks, retention models, and marketing automation tools** to bring innovation into campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies align with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in growth, digital marketing, or CRO-focused roles (agency/consulting preferred).
- Strong understanding of **CRO principles, website analytics, and user funnel optimization**.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like **GA4, VWO, Hotjar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar**.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into **strategic recommendations**.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, tech, and client teams.
