We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our company as a Marketing Team Leader. As a Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and driving the execution of marketing strategies to achieve our business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product management, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Work closely with the sales team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Uphold brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand messaging and positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Assist the marketing manager in developing and managing the marketing budget. Monitor expenses and ensure effective utilization of resources.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
