**Job Description: Marketing Executive (2-4 years of experience)**

Tosko Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with 2 to 4 years of marketing experience who is ready to take on more responsibilities and contribute to the growth of our organization. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences through market research and analysis. Use insights to identify opportunities, target the right audience, and refine marketing strategies.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales support documents. Ensure they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key messages.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data-driven analysis.
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives. Collaborate on campaign planning, product launches, and customer targeting strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
