As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the marketing team in various activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who have recently graduated or have mínimal professional experience in marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitor activities and industry best practices to contribute to marketing strategies.

Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring conversations, and engaging with the audience.

Coordinate logistics and provide assistance during marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Help with event planning, setup, and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand image and message across all marketing collateral and communication channels.

Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits. Ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and align with brand guidelines.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and foster business growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong Written and Verbal Communication.

Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and marketing trends.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
