**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Projects Executive** to join our Projects team. The role involves **planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of engineering projects** to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **planning, scheduling, and monitoring** of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for **smooth project execution**.
- Prepare and maintain **project documentation** including BOQs, drawings, reports, and progress trackers.
- Support in **resource allocation** and ensure materials/equipment are available on-site as per timelines.
- Conduct regular **site visits/inspections** to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist the GM - Projects in preparing **status reports, presentations, and MIS**.
- Ensure **timely communication and escalation** of project risks, delays, or issues.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure adherence to **budget and deadlines**.
- Contribute to **continuous improvement** in project execution processes.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of **engineering projects, site execution, and project management fundamentals**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**; knowledge of **AutoCAD/Primavera/MS Project** is an advantage.
- Good **communication and interpersonal skills** for client and team coordination.
- Ability to handle **multiple projects simultaneously** with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on **timely execution and quality control**.

**Qualifications**
- **B.E./B.Tech/Diploma** in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering (preferred).
- **1-3 years of experience** in project execution, coordination, or project management in an engineering/infra company.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
