A Project Executive for ERP at Geotechnosoft is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. They play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client expectations, and driving organizational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Planning and Management**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- ** ERP Implementation**:

- Lead the implementation process, from requirements gathering to system configuration and testing.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand their business processes and map them to the ERP system.
- Configure the ERP system to meet specific client needs and industry best practices.
- Oversee data migration and integration activities.
- ** Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- ** Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP project management, preferably with experience in industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with agile project methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific ERP best practices.
