**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach prospective hotel projects, architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & production team for customized proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, project approvals, and execution timelines.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore repeat business opportunities.
- Represent the brand in exhibitions, industry events, and meetings with a strong pitch.
- Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting in an organized and timely manner.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales, preferably in the hotel, art, architecture, or interior industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
