**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed **2D layouts** for interior projects (plans, elevations, working drawings).
- Develop **realistic 3D views** and renders to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to prepare client presentations.
- Modify designs based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (for 2D) and **SketchUp**, **3ds Max**, **V-Ray**, or similar software (for 3D visualization).
- 1-3 years of experience in 2D drafting and 3D designing for residential or commercial interiors.
- Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and space planning.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
