**Job Purpose**

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about executing efficient and seamless onboarding and management of buyers and the field level operational teams across India.

The role is responsible for onboarding and maintain compliant buyers to support customer operations for waste disposal across India on a timely and sustainable way.

**Job Responsibility & Duties**

The essential duties and responsibilities are:

- Primary role will be to manage end to end management of onboarding right buyers and also periodic review of the buyer’s operations in line with pollution control board policies, and labour regulations.
- On boarding activities of buyers as per the compliance checklist is key and no exception is to be made
- The due diligence of each buyer according to the Zecomy policy has to be undertaken and any findings are to be addressed on timely basis.
- Ensure all buyers are compliant throughout their membership with Zecomy and keep monitoring and alerting of any compliance lapses or expiry of licences etc
- Execution of Operational on ground compliance activities of buyers /field level project activities including safety and ensuring delivery as per the agreed timeline.
- Provide necessary trainings on the product and services to the buyers for seamless participation.
- Work with Zecomy product team on building new products and manage marketing of the products to increase the revenue of the company
- Engage all stakeholders and be responsive in communication and manage escalations to ensure no client impact.
- Perform research and gather data on waste processors/ buyers to help company onboard them for expansion of business and also from circularity aspects.
- Role also includes managing our website, social media and content management.
- Flexible to manage inspection of buyer locations and surprise audits on their operations.

**Qualifications**

**Education**

Graduate in any discipline or diploma in technical education.

Any Certification in ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and 50001 will be preferred

**Work Experience**

1-2 years of experience including as a business and operations role. Experience with waste management, logistics, supply chain will be an added advantage. Experience with command centre like functions will be a strong plus.

- Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.
- Good understanding of and passion for new age technology concepts.

**Working Conditions**

This position requires case to case basis travel for overseeing projects, client meetings.

Remuneration and Benefits: General - industry standard

CTC is based on industrial practices and includes PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Accident Insurance etc. This will be discussed and finalised when the job offer is finalised acceptance by the incumbent.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
