**Junior Merchandiser & Sales Executive**

**Location : Bangalore**

**Notice Period : Immediate -7 Days**

**Summary of position**:
This role requires a Junior Merchandiser with previous experience within a Merchandising team and a genuine passion for the sector, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor more junior members of staff.

We are currently hiring a Junior Merchandising Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving a merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with Companies, NGO’s, buyers, and suppliers.

**Job Duties**:

- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
- Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors.
- Working with other departments to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise sales.
- Forecasting profit and sales, optimising sales volume and profitability. Presenting findings for the season.
- Planning budgets.
- Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
- Using computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spread sheets and graphs.
- Analysing bestsellers.
- Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance.
- Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
- Gathering information on customers' reactions to products.
- Analysing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
- Making financial presentations to senior managers.
- Mentor administrative support team and lead by example.
- Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience
- Team leader
- Having knowledge of corporate gifting
- Aware of roles & responsibilities within the team
- Good communication skills
- Clients follow up for orders
- Order & Vender Management
- Must know English, Hindi & Kannada

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kormangla 4Th Block, Bengaluru - 560034, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
