Job Description
Senior Manager Merchandiser
Location : Bangalore
Notice Period : Immediate -7 Days

Summary of position:
We are currently hiring a Merchandising Manager who will be responsible for driving a merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with Companies, NGO’s, buyers, and suppliers.
Job Duties:
Coordinate with various departments and monitor various store setups and resets in region.
Develop and ensure compliance to budget for all merchandising process.
Supervise and ensure effectiveness of all merchant activities.
Prepare training and job orientation programs for all new merchants.
Manage multiple projects, monitor and allocate appropriate resources to various accounts.
Supervise everyday operations and monitor progress of each project.
Develop productivity targets for organization and evaluate performance of all employees.
Ensure efficient coordination with employees and organize workflow.
Maintain a safe working environment
**Requirements**:
3-4 years of experience
Team leader
Having knowledge of corporate gifting
Aware of roles & responsibilities within the team
Good communication skills
Clients follow up for orders
Order & Vender Management
Must know English, Hindi & Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koramangala, Bengaluru - 560034, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
