We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer with 1-2 years of experience in managing Meta Ad accounts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in quickly and efficiently launching creative tests and scaling winning ads to optimize account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative generation and iteration to improve ad performance.
  • Analyze ad performance through a funnel to identify improvement areas.
  • Debug failing ad sets and optimize for better results.
  • Structure Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads for consistent and reliable performance.
  • Organize ad accounts for scaling winning ads while effectively testing new creatives.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Organized – Able to handle 100s of creative tests, campaigns, and naming conventions while documenting all learnings.
  • Meticulous – Pays close attention to every detail of ad setup, ensuring accuracy in complex naming conventionsand tests across multiple countries.
  • Analytical – Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, capable of running complex pivot tables and analyzing ad results for key insights.
  • Creative – Ability to lead ad creative efforts (images/videos), with a strong understanding of copywriting and an eye for design.
  • Insightful – Deep understanding of consumer psychology to craft ads that resonate with the target audience.
