Are you a master of communication with a passion for education? Join our team at Academic Assist as a Telecaller and help students achieve their academic goals We are looking for talented individuals with excellent English proficiency in spoken language to provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our academic assistance services
2. Understand the needs and requirements of each student and offer personalized solutions to help them succeed
4. Achieve set targets by converting leads into sales and maximizing revenue for the company
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring effective and efficient tracking of interactions and progress
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop strategies for lead generation
7. Strive to continuously enhance your product knowledge, keeping up with industry trends and competitor offerings
8. Work on calling Indian students studying abroad and explaining them about the services company provides
9. Work on negotiating deals and bringing business for the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
