**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both formal and local clients.
- Utilize our CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is beneficial, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
