- Identify and escalate priority issues according to client guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow established communication procedures and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident phone presence with experience in handling a high volume of calls.
