Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Post job openings on relevant job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.

HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Assist in conducting audits to ensure that the organization is in compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Provide guidance to hiring managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and legal requirements.

Onboarding & Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other documents.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of all new hire paperwork and documentation.

Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring that all compliance and organizational requirements are met.

General HR Support:
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Maintain accurate employee records and reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
